We collect your phone number, account identifier, unlock access status, and swap request details you provide (such as current and desired location and craft).
How We Use Information
We use your information to authenticate your account, provide matching features, display contact details between matched users, process unlock access, and maintain service security.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Your Phone Number
Your phone number is used only to verify your identity and, when a perfect match is found and both users have unlocked, to show your contact details to your match.
Your phone number is never sold, never shared with third parties for marketing, and never visible to anyone on the platform unless a verified mutual match exists and both sides have paid to unlock.
Contact reveal requests are verified server-side on every attempt. Each reveal requires a verified account, a confirmed matched pair, and an active unlock pass — your number cannot be accessed outside of these conditions.
Data Sharing
We share your phone number only with your matched user after both sides unlock. We may share limited data with service providers required to operate the platform (for example, payment and hosting providers).
Data Retention
We retain account and access data while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, and security purposes.
