Payment Policy

Each standard unlock purchase gives up to 30 days of contact access for qualifying matches. Contact details are shown once all required unlocks for the match are covered. Contact details may include a saved email along with a phone number so users have more than one way to reach each other. For eligible 2-way matches, Swap Check-In may ask the other user whether they are still actively looking to swap to your area before unlock buttons appear. Optional: you can use Unlock All to cover remaining unlock fee(s) for that specific match and reveal contacts faster.

Unlock All applies only to the specific match being unlocked. It does not unlock every match on the site.

If you unlock but required contact access is not delivered, contact support to request a refund review.

Unlock pricing is shown at checkout before payment. Charges are processed securely by Stripe.

You are not paying to receive USPS matches/approval. USPS swap decisions are separate. The unlock fee supports MutualSwaps platform operations.

Unlock passes are one-time purchases and do not create a recurring monthly subscription.

You will see the payment amount at checkout before payment is completed.

If you unlock contact access and contact access is not delivered because required unlock access is never covered within 30 days, email support@mutualswaps.com for a refund review. We will review it promptly.

If you believe you were charged twice, charged in error, or had a technical issue that prevented access, contact support and we will review it.

Once contact access is delivered, charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. USPS denial, another user changing their mind, or a user not responding after contact details are revealed does not automatically qualify for a refund.
