Payment Policy

MutualSwaps is free to join and create a swap request. Access to contact details is provided through a one-time match unlock pass.

Each standard unlock purchase gives up to 30 days of contact access for qualifying matches. Contact details are shown once all required unlocks for the match are covered. Optional: you can use Unlock All to cover remaining unlock fee(s) for that specific match and reveal contacts faster.

If you unlock but your matched user does not unlock, contact support to request a refund review.

Unlock pricing is shown at checkout before payment. Charges are processed securely by Stripe.

You are not paying to receive USPS matches/approval. USPS swap decisions are separate. The unlock fee supports MutualSwaps platform operations.

Unlock passes are one-time purchases and do not create a recurring monthly subscription.

If you unlock contact access and your matched user never unlocks within 30 days, email support@mutualswaps.com for a full refund. We will review and process it promptly.

Outside of that scenario, charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we will review it.
