Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your access credentials secure.
User Conduct
You may not misuse the platform, submit fraudulent information, harass other users, or attempt to disrupt service functionality.
Matches and Availability
MutualSwaps does not guarantee that a match will be found for every user, and does not guarantee any specific timing or outcome.
Unlock Access and Billing
Contact-access unlock payments are processed through Stripe. See the Payment Policy for pricing, access rules, and refund terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose abuse, fraud, or security risks.
Disclaimer and Limitation
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MutualSwaps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
